1. From your device’s home screen, go to Settings > Notifications and select the My NRMA app. 
2. Click on “Allow Notifications” and then choose how you want to receive notifications. 
1. Show on Lock Screen: Click this option to show notifications for the app when your device’s screen is locked. 
2. Show in Notification Centre: Your notifications will show up in your device’s Notification Centre.
3. Sounds: Be alerted by a sound every time you receive a notification. 
4. Badges: Turn this control on to see notifications as a badge on the app icon. These will appear as numbers in small red circles in the top-right corner of the app icon. 

If you no longer wish to receive notifications alerting you to the latest member benefits, news and competitions, you can turn these off by following the below steps.

1. From your device’s home screen, go to Settings > Notifications and select the My NRMA app. 
2. To turn off notifications, click on “Allow Notifications” and tap the slider so that it changes from green to grey.

3. Scroll through the list of apps until you find the My NRMA app. Tap on the app. 
4. To turn on notifications, simply tap on “Allow Notifications” from this screen. The tab will change colour from grey to blue.
5. To see a banner for alerting notifications on your lock screen, select ‘show content’ under the heading "On lock Screen".
